I waive all rights of injunctive or other equitable relief, in connection with this agreement and exploitation of the submitted material and in connection with any other material, whether or not in whole or part identical with or similar to the submitted material.

4. I have copies of the material being submitted, and agree not to hold TV WRITER.COM, Manner Movie Ltd., Larry Brody and/or their employees and representatives responsible should loss of the submitted material occur.

5. I understand that all entries must be submitted no later than June 1 of any given contest year.

6. I understand that terms of this contest are subject to changes which will be posted on this page and that in the event that the judges determine that no entry(s) meet professional standards one or more of the prizes may not be awarded.
