If in the judgment of the PEOPLE'S PILOT, TVWRITER.COM or Larry Brody the winning entry does not meet minimum standards of acceptibility for network, cable channel or New Media development, as defined by their years of experience in television and New Media development, then the PEOPLE'S PILOT may supply suitable prizes of lesser value than those announced.

Any prize not claimed within 6 months of the announcement of the winners shall be deemed refused and therefore to have expired.
