this website. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification. 

1. I fully attest to the fact that I am the sole creator and writer 
   of my submission and have sole right and authority to submit it. I understand 
   that misrepresentation of these facts may result in disqualification. 
2. I agree to indemnify TV WRITER.COM, Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts, 
   Inc., WriteSafe.Com and Larry Brody from any and all 
   claims, loss or liability that may be asserted against them or incurred by them 
   and their associates, at any time in connection with the submitted material.
3. I release TV WRITER.COM, Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts, 
   Inc., WriteSafe.Com and Larry Brody of and from any and all claims, costs, 
   demands and liabilities of every kind whatsoever, known or unknown, that may 
   arise in relation to the submitted material or by reason of any claim now or 
   hereafter made by or through me or on my behalf. I waive all rights of 
   injunctive or other equitable relief, in connection with this agreement and 
   exploitation of the submitted material and in connection with any other material, 
   whether or not in whole or part identical with or similar to the submitted material. 
4. I have copies of the material being submitted, and agree not to hold TV 
  WRITER.COM, Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts, Inc., WriteSafe.Com, Larry 
  Brody and/or their employees and representatives responsible 
  should loss of the submitted material occur. 
5. I understand that all entries must be submitted no later than February 1, 2008. 
6. I understand that terms of this contest are subject to changes 
  which will be posted on this page and that in the event that the judges determine 
  that no entry(s) meet professional standards one or more of the prizes may not 
  be awarded.
